Snow White’s Revenge
by Mary Jackson
We staged another successful play for two nights in February 2007. This comedy centred around the activities of the Rivington Amateur Theatrical Society, an amateur dramatic society, who are trying to rehearse their forthcoming pantomime at the same time as the committee try to decide the production for the forthcoming one-act drama festival. The small cast of six actors gave a great performance on both nights, when old wounds are opened and hearts are broken in this comedy, which brought both laughter and pathos to the Hall, ably assisted by their small ‘but perfectly formed’ backstage crew.
